From the very first conversation until the job was completed they amazed us with great pricing, skilled and knowledgeable flooring experts and 100% spot on customer service.... I did not want them to leave when they were finished!!! I cannot say enough great things about Diamond Wood Floors. From the moment they saw my project to the completion of the project,  they were remarkable. I had been unable to find a match to wood floors in my home as the wood planks had been discontinued. They found a close match and installed a hallway and 3 flights of stairs. The team was on time every day and very neat and organized. They kept the dust to a minimum by vacuuming frequently. The work was completed in 4 days and is just beautiful!

Diamond Wood Floors is a top-notch wood flooring company. I contacted them alongside 5+ other companies, and they were the most prompt, communicative, professional, reasonable, detail-oriented and knowledgeable company. They helped us install new engineered hardwood flooring in 3 of the bedrooms in our house and walked us through all the installation options, along with the pros and cons of each option.

Throughout the process, they made sure we were happy and satisfied with their service. We never felt that they were pushing us towards a more expensive option. Instead, it felt like they were helping us make the best decision for our needs.

When we had a concern about creaking post-installation, Salomon personally came out to inspect the creaking and had someone come to resolve it. Thankfully, the creaking went away, but I’m thankful that this family-owned business was willing to help us even after installation was complete.
